About Ashleigh

I’m a People and Culture specialist, the founder of Epton Connections, and the person you’ll work with from the first conversation to the last.

Why I do this.

I’ve spent a decade working hands-on with small businesses, not-for-profits and community organisations. I’m known for a calm, person-centred approach: helping leaders work through people challenges with clarity, confidence and heart.

I bring together professional HR expertise, practical problem-solving and a genuine commitment to building workplaces where people feel valued and supported. Through Epton Connections I partner with organisations to strengthen culture, lift capability and make meaningful, lasting change.

When small businesses grow in ways that honour their people and their values, communities become stronger.

That’s the mission: to equip start-ups and small businesses with the knowledge, capability and people-centred practices that help them succeed, through real partnership and collaboration, and to strengthen the community along the way.
